Surgery Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. The consulting patient, together with the patient representative, plans a reservation for the date agreed by the two parties or an open-dated agreement is reached.
2. After agreeing on all conditions, at least 10% of the total cost of the surgery is paid to the surgeon/hospital as the withdrawal fee in Article 178 of the Turkish Law of Obligations No. 6098 in order to fix the price or protect the reservation date.
3. If the payer withdraws after the withdrawal fee is paid, he/she leaves the payment.
4. If the party who receives the withdrawal fee withdraws, he/she will give back twice the amount received.
